A major lighting and electrical upgrade has transformed the Sunshine Ford dealership in Queensland, enhancing both customer-facing spaces and operational areas while maintaining business continuity throughout the project.

Delivered in partnership with GCB Construction, the project involved refurbishment works within the new service reception area and vehicle sales spaces, creating a brighter, more modern environment for customers and staff.

A key challenge was completing the works within a fully operational dealership. Through careful planning, coordination and staging, the Keece team successfully delivered the project while minimising disruption to daily operations and maintaining a safe environment for staff, customers and contractors.
