Project Overview
Keece Facilities Services delivered a comprehensive warehouse retrofit for Amazon, involving electrical infrastructure upgrades, lighting improvements, security installations and associated facility modifications.
Working within an operational fulfilment centre, the project required careful planning, coordination with multiple trades and ongoing communication with site stakeholders to minimise disruption to daily operations.
Scope of Works
- Wall and amenities reconfiguration.
- Installation of a security window.
Installation of signage and protective bollards.
Full site line marking.
Identification of a distribution board (DB) clearance compliance issue, with two compliant solutions presented to the client.
Installation of a new 415V three-phase electrical supply for a dock lifter.
Installation of conveyor power outlets.
Installation of LED high-bay and canopy lighting.
CCTV installation and associated infrastructure.
Concrete slab cutting and reinstatement in accordance with engineering design.
Project Delivery
Delivering works within a live fulfilment environment required close coordination with site management, specialist contractors and operational teams.
