Project Overview
Keece Facilities Services delivered a commercial carpark construction project for Erilyan, incorporating electrical infrastructure, lighting, civil works and site safety improvements.
The project involved the construction and upgrade of 16 parking bays, including a designated accessible parking space, with new asphalt, perimeter fencing, drainage improvements and associated electrical infrastructure.
Works were carefully staged to maintain staff parking access and minimise disruption to the operational facility throughout construction.
Scope of Works
Installation of electrical and EV infrastructure pits.
Installation of pole-mounted floodlighting.
Installation of conduits for automated gates.
Construction of new B1 and B2 kerbing.
Asphalt surfacing and associated civil works.
Stormwater pit jet cleaning.
Installation of black Diplomat perimeter fencing, including telescopic and pedestrian gates.
Line marking for 16 parking bays, including a designated accessible (DDA) space.
Project Delivery
Working within an operational facility, Keece coordinated electrical, civil and fencing contractors to deliver the carpark improvements through a staged construction programme.
Careful planning and communication ensured staff could continue accessing designated parking areas while works progressed.
