Keece QLD has successfully completed the Qantas Hangar 3 lighting upgrade, delivering a major improvement in visibility, safety and energy performance within a live aircraft maintenance environment.
The project received outstanding feedback from both Quadric and Qantas, with the final result described as “over the moon”. The client highlighted not only the quality of the finished product, but also the way the Keece team worked safely, efficiently and collaboratively throughout delivery.
Led on site by Justin Tedeschi, the Keece QLD team delivered the lighting changeover smoothly and efficiently while maintaining minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Working inside a live hangar required strong planning, clear communication and adaptability. The team managed each stage carefully to support access requirements, safety controls and daily changes within the work environment.
