Key Project Highlights
Seamless Integration with Cutting-Edge Systems
Both branches required the integration of lighting and mechanical systems into a centralized Protégé alarm system, ensuring seamless operation and enhanced security.
Bespoke Lighting Design
Partnering with KKDC, we created a tailored lighting package to complement the architecturally designed ceilings. This bespoke solution aligned with the project’s design aesthetics and adhered to a program-specified timeframe.
Modernizing Ponsonby
At the Ponsonby branch, our team expertly integrated new lighting and mechanical circuits into a centralized control system while modernizing the 1970s infrastructure. Despite significant demolition work, we maintained uninterrupted bank operations, ensuring critical systems like the alarm, data services, and at least one ATM remained functional during power shutdowns.
Warm Shell Fit-Out in Takapuna
The Takapuna branch presented a different challenge—a warm shell fit-out. We installed a new electrical board from Core Switchboards and tackled unexpected delays with precision, delivering the project on schedule.
