Supporting Our Crew – On Site and Beyond
At Keece, we believe that real strength lies in looking out for each other. That’s why we proudly support the TIACS “Don’t Bottle It Up, Mate” initiative—offering free and confidential mental health support for tradies and workers across the industry.
Mental health matters, both on and off the tools. By partnering with TIACS, we’re making sure that help is visible, accessible, and stigma-free.
What We're Doing
To spread the message and help it reach those who need it most, we’ve rolled out several initiatives:
Posters displayed at all Keece offices
TIACS artwork added to all site switchboards heading out to jobs
Message sharing across our wider network – not just for our Keece crew, but for all trades on site
These steps are part of our commitment to breaking down barriers and reminding everyone: you’re not alone, and support is just a call away.
📞 Need Support?
Call or text TIACS on 0488 846 988
🕗 Monday to Friday, 8am–10pm (AEST)
You’ll speak directly with a trained mental health professional.

We know it’s not always easy to ask for help. That’s why we’re working to normalise the conversation around mental wellbeing in our industry. Whether you’re on-site, in the office, or somewhere in between, we’re here to make sure no one feels like they have to do it alone.
