Keece Electrical Services NSW successfully delivered the electrical installation package for the Toll Kemps Creek Distribution Centre, completing a comprehensive warehouse and cool room fit-out over a five-month construction program for Toll Group through Mainbrace.
The project was undertaken within a massive 66,000-square-metre distribution facility and required extensive coordination between multiple trades, strict staging requirements and careful planning to maintain progress throughout construction.
Delivered five weeks ahead of schedule, the project included major power infrastructure, warehouse services, temperature-controlled cool room installations, office fit-out works and specialised operational facilities.

A key component of the project involved the installation of more than 600 metres of NEMA 2 cable tray throughout a 500-metre-long warehouse facility.
Despite site restrictions, the installation team was limited to a maximum of 50 metres of tray installation per day. Through detailed planning and coordination, the entire cable tray network was successfully completed within two weeks, supporting the extensive electrical distribution requirements across the facility.
Keece also completed the installation of a new Main Distribution Board (MDB) and three NHP distribution boards featuring dedicated lighting and power chassis to service the warehouse and office areas.
Furthermore, working alongside National Cable Installations, Keece completed an extensive 11.5-kilometre aluminium XLPE mains cabling installation over nine night shifts.
The installation consisted of:
This critical infrastructure supplied power to two large temperature-controlled cool rooms, each measuring approximately 80 metres by 20 metres.
Meanwhile, a new office area was constructed at the rear of the warehouse to support operational and administrative staff.
Keece delivered:
All new lighting installations were successfully integrated into the facility’s existing Dynalite lighting control system, ensuring consistent operation and energy-efficient management throughout the site.
In addition to the primary fit-out works, Keece completed several specialised installations directly for Toll Group, including:
These works enhanced operational efficiency while supporting the facility’s safety and compliance requirements.
