Keece Site Supervisors Conference – Melbourne 2026

LEADERS DEVELOPING LEADERS was the focus at this year’s inaugural Keece Site Supervisors Conference.

Twenty-six of our senior site supervisors, representing Keece operations across Australia and New Zealand, came together in Melbourne for three powerful days of collaboration, learning and leadership development, all aligned with strengthening our commitment to Exceptional Project Delivery.

This conference wasn’t just about technical knowledge. It was about building stronger leaders who build stronger teams.

Strengthening Technical Excellence Through Partnership

A key part of the conference was engaging directly with two of our trusted supply partners, who provided valuable technical insight into the evolving technologies shaping our industry.

TTK

Ian MacLaughlan and Lois G delivered an outstanding session on live leak detection solutions, highlighting how critical asset environments can be better protected through advanced monitoring systems. Their practical insights reinforced the importance of proactive risk management in commercial and industrial projects.

Janitza Electronics Australia

Jonathan Warren and Michael D’Costa provided updates on enhancements within power quality and energy auditing hardware, along with reporting improvements in the GridVis energy monitoring platform. As energy monitoring and compliance requirements continue to evolve, these insights ensure Keece remains at the forefront of intelligent electrical solutions.

Leadership & Communication in Action

We were also privileged to welcome back:

Socialability

Dr. Jon Hopwood delivered another exceptional workshop focused on communication, leadership awareness and behavioural dynamics. His sessions continue to challenge and strengthen the way our leaders think, communicate and influence on site and within their teams.

Recognising Our Senior Keece Team

Most importantly, this conference was about recognising the dedication, leadership and expertise of our senior site supervisors.

Their ability to lead from the front, maintain high safety standards, manage complex projects and mentor the next generation is fundamental to Keece’s continued growth and success.

By investing in our leaders, we strengthen our culture.
By strengthening our culture, we elevate our delivery.

Built by People. Powered by Passion.
