In March 2025, we proud celebrated a powerful milestone— 40 apprentices have been part of our journey so far. Each one represents our investment in the future of the industry, and our belief that developing people is just as important as delivering great projects.
Nowadays, eight of our former apprentices are fully qualified and thriving within the Keece team. One of them started with us back in 2009—now, he’s a Director. That kind of journey shows what’s possible when potential meets opportunity.
