Outside of work, Rob’s a proud family man. He and his wife Felecia have 3 boys and a girl, and Rob encourages them at every opportunity to chase what they love.
From cars (YouTube: Ceetus McFarland) to the pursuit of rod and reel while camping in the great outdoors — Rob’s all about making moments count.

Rob joined Keece as an electrical apprentice, and the story keeps getting better.
For the past 2.5 years, we’ve been honored to have him on our team at Keece. He has a rare ability to listen, support, and navigate challenges with what feels like effortless confidence — and he does it all with charm and grace, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he works with.
