Supporting Women in the Electrical Industry: Meet Our Triple A
At Keece, we proudly support more women entering the electrical industry. This year, we welcome three outstanding female apprentices — Alana, Alexandra, and Alaska. Together, we call them our TRIPLE A, not only for their names but also for the attitude, ambition, and ability they bring to every project.
Each apprentice chose this path for her own reasons. They share a love for hands-on work, curiosity about how things operate, and a strong desire to build a skilled and meaningful trade career. As a result, they bring fresh energy, commitment, and perspective to our sites.
At Keece, we back their journey with training, ongoing support, and a team that believes in their potential. In addition, they join a strong pathway for women already thriving in our business, including a qualified tradeswoman and a female Site Supervisor who continue to lead by example.
These three apprentices represent more than a milestone. They reflect our culture of growth, leadership, and equal opportunity across the electrical industry. Together, we’re breaking barriers, building skills, and shaping the future of our workforce — one A at a time.
