Apprenticeships Built for Long-Term Careers
At Keece, we believe in growing our own. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your next big step, we offer more than just a job—we offer a career journey.
Much like a football club developing talent from the junior ranks, we believe in growing our own. We bring apprentices in early, support them with hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and a clear pathway forward. And we don’t just talk about career development—we live it.
Apprenticeship Pathways at Keece
Across Australia, nearly 1 in 2 apprentices do not complete their apprenticeship. At Keece, we take a different approach!
Through clear expectations, consistent mentoring, and genuine career conversations, we create an environment where apprentices are supported to finish strong and choose to stay.

In December 2025, we proud celebrated a powerful milestone over 100 apprentices have been part of our journey so far. Each one represents our investment in the future of the industry, and our belief that developing people is just as important as delivering great projects.
Today, 20 of our apprentices have completed their qualifications, with more than half choosing to continue their careers with Keece. Several have progressed into leadership roles, including one who started as an apprentice in 2009 and is now a Director. That kind of journey is what’s possible when potential meets opportunity.
At Keece, we take pride in setting apprentices up for success:
We set clear expectations from day one
We provide mentors and regular check-ins
We foster a culture of support, inclusion, and honest communication
We talk openly about career progression and long-term goals
Apprentices in Numbers
Since 2018, Keece has built one of the strongest apprenticeship pathways in the industry — focused not just on starting careers, but on finishing them and growing beyond.

It’s not always easy. There are learning curves, challenges, and growing pains. But we’re with them every step of the way.
Apprentices are the future of the trade, and we’re proud to say we’re doing more than just shaping skilled workers—we’re shaping leaders.
