HGH -END LOBBY & END-OF-TRIP FACILITIES
The transformation of the lobby and end-of-trip areas brings a blend of sophistication and functionality, featuring:
- Stunning LED lighting for a modern aesthetic.
- A custom Halo light, elegantly highlighting the curve of the tubed ceiling.
10 FLOORS OF MAKE GOOD
Our team successfully revitalized 10 floors, preparing them for new tenants by implementing:
Modern LED lighting, ensuring bright and inviting spaces.
LED LIGHTING UPGRADE
To optimize energy efficiency and user experience, we installed:
- Energy-efficient troffer LED lighting with individual sensors.
- Programmable Zencontrol system for enhanced brightness and efficiency control.
These upgrades align with the National Construction Code (NCC) 2025 energy efficiency provisions, supporting Australia’s broader sustainability targets.
