Launched July 2023 – ISO Certified AV Solutions in October; Keece Technologies growth continues.
- In conjunction with the re-certification (4 years running) audits of our AU/NZ electrical projects and maintenance teams, Keece Technologies successfully passed its first ISO audit to become an ISO Certified AV Solutions provider for Quality, Safety, and Environmental systems.
We extend our thanks to Global Compliance Certification (GCC) and their two auditors. Their guidance, patience, and professionalism played a critical role throughout our audit.
Since 2020, Keece has been ISO-certified for three key standards:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems
- ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health & Safety Management.
So what is ISO certification, and how does it benefit Keece customers?
ISO Certification proves that all processes throughout Keece and its associated entities follow strict documentation. More importantly, our teams are trained to understand and apply these documented processes consistently—both internally and externally.
This approach ensures that from initial estimates or service calls to the completion of a project or task, all interactions from Keece are coordinated and managed with safety, quality, and the environment in mind.
Each ISO certification is independent; however, to leverage resources and adoption, Keece collectively groups the documented processes into a single system of management, internally referenced as our Keece HSEQ System.
How the Keece HSEQ System Works
We outlined every process in our Keece HSEQ Management Manual, which serves as our single source of truth. It covers essential topics such as:
- management and employee job descriptions, roles and responsibilities and employee performance reviews feedback loops
- employee inductions, daily processes and training
- internal and external communication requirements
- industry, government and regulatory body requirements and standards
- continual improvement and feedback loops
- systems of control and audit ensuring that our exceptional standards of compliance, craftsmanship and communication are maintained.
Additionally, the Keece HSEQ System is audited annually by appropriately qualified, external ISO Auditors to ensure that the systems, capabilities (people), and processes of the organisation comply with this international standard.
