Project Overview

The project involved collaboration with building surveyors, structural engineers and specialist trades to deliver the required infrastructure while maintaining safe site operations.
Scope of Works
Coordination of building surveyor and engineering requirements.
Installation of structural steel in accordance with approved designs.
Removal of an existing suspended concrete slab.
Construction of a reinforced basement slab to accommodate lift fixings.
Installation of a dedicated three-phase electrical supply.
Distribution board modifications and cable tray adjustments.
Fire sprinkler modifications.
Reinstatement of line marking.
Project Delivery
