Coming Together as One Keece Team: Our 2022 Christmas Celebrations
Keece operates across five units in Australia and New Zealand, each with its own office and local team of project managers, estimators, office support, electricians, and apprentices. Even within the same business unit, most daily contact happens over the phone or in passing at the office. Since many of our team members spend more time on-site and with customers, the Christmas Party is a special moment for everyone to come together and celebrate as one Keece team.
We hold meetings throughout the year, but not everyone can attend. The Christmas Party gives everyone a chance to meet face to face and enjoy time together.
At Keece, we see these moments as more than just a break. They strengthen connections, build team spirit, and help renew our company culture. Seeing the whole team relax and have fun together is the best reward for a year of hard work. It is the best way to build team spirit and renew our company culture.
The most importantly, it’s a chance to say “THANK YOU” to all employees for their dedication throughout the year and to value their hard work.
As 2022 comes to close, we reflect, celebrate, and congratulate our team on a fantastic year. Together, with a determined focus to get the job done, our office and onsite team overcame every obstacle and challenge. Completing over 80 projects, logging 70,000 on-site hours, and growing our workforce and turnover across all teams.
