Keece is present in 5 units in different states of Australia and New Zealand. Our business format is composed of an office and a local team: project managers, estimators, an office support team, electricians, and apprentices. Even for those who are in the same business unit, contact with each other on a day-to-day basis ends up being primarily by phone and someone passing by the office. Most of the team spends more time on-site and with customers.
We have meetings throughout the year but not everyone can attend. But the Christmas party is a great opportunity for everyone to meet and have fun together.
At Keece, we consider these moments important for many reasons, in addition to being a time to relax and a time to strengthen our connections. Seeing the whole team having fun together is the best way to build team spirit and renew our company culture.
The most important thing is to say “THANK YOU” to all employees for their effort and dedication throughout the year and to value their hard work.
As we close out 2022, we reflect, celebrate, and congratulate our team on a fantastic year. Together, with a determined focus to get the job done, our office and onsite team overcame every obstacle and challenge put before them, including over 80 projects completed, over 70,000 hours of onsite work, and an increase in workforce and turnover in all teams.
“Yes, 2022 was a great team effort and our Christmas parties are proof that success is a dish that is celebrated for two.” Gerard Lyons – General Manager
