Celebrating our latest trade qualifications
Across Australia, almost 1 in 2 apprentices do not complete their apprenticeship. According to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research (NCVER), national completion rates sit at around 55%, highlighting the ongoing challenges of retention across the industry. The reasons vary. Support gaps. Workplace pressure. Lack of structure. As a result, completion remains a major challenge across the industry.
That is why we are incredibly proud of our electrical apprenticeship program.
In 2025, four Keece apprentices achieved their trade qualification. More importantly, they finished strong and chose to stay with Keece. This outcome reflects more than technical training. It shows trust, support, and a culture that backs people through every stage of their journey.
Proud of our people. Proud of the result.
Two apprentices completed their entire apprenticeship with Keece from day one. In addition, two apprentices joined us part-way through their pathway and finished with confidence under our guidance.
We supported them with structure, mentoring, and clear expectations. We also invested time, training, and real on-site learning. Because of that, they didn’t just qualify — they progressed.

“Working as an apprentice taught me a lot. I learnt to stay positive, reliable, and switched on. My advice is simple: ask questions, take feedback onboard, and trust the process. Confidence will follow.”
— Harris Alexander, Keece VIC
At Keece, we don’t just start apprenticeships. We see them through.
