  • Onsite in 2 hours or the service fee is free – saving you $244 + gst
  • Free travel and the first 60 minutes of technician time onsite
  • Standard hourly rate – $107.80 per hour + gst

When to use: When there is zero power or lighting, an OHS issue, or you want your issue rectified super fast.


P2 – “High” Priority Maintenance Requests

  • 48 hour response time
  • Onsite in 48 hours or the service fee is free saving you $188 + gst
  • Free travel and the 1st 60 minutes technician time onsite
  • Standard hourly rate – $107.80 per hour + gst

When to use: For sensitive lighting or appliance issues such as the sole hand dryer in toilets stops working. Issues that are an immediate inconvenience and impacting work/life balance.


P3 – “Standard” Priority Maintenance Requests

  • 7 day (one week) response time
  • Onsite and resolved in 7 days (1 week) or the service fee is free saving you $148 + gst
  • Free travel and the 1st 60 minutes technician time onsite
  • Standard hourly rate $107.80 per hour + gst

When to use: For general electrical maintenance tasks, lighting, re-programming, small installations or other non-critical issues.

Conditions to response times:

* non Agreement Customers are payment on completion (technicians carry EFT units)
