FROM APPRENTICE TO COMMERCIAL MANAGER
In 2010, Ender joined Keece as a fresh-faced apprentice. From day one, his curiosity and drive set him apart, and as a result, he quickly earned opportunities to grow.
Over the years, he progressed through several roles — including Project Manager, Service Manager, and Estimator. Each position further expanded his experience and, in turn, strengthened Keece’s project delivery across the business.
Today, as our Victorian Commercial Manager, Ender continues to lead with accuracy, care, and professionalism. Through his leadership, every tender reflects the high standards that define Keece.
Beyond his role, Ender has mentored many colleagues and helped shape the next generation of Keece talent. His leadership also shines through his humour, energy, and Collingwood passion. Together, these qualities have become part of the culture we all share.
